Everything was spotless, brilliant service, great location just next door to Harbour where there are nice bars and Ferrera Blanca in Cala D'or. I had an incredibly comfortable room with coffee facilities, a couch, and an iron.

Had a really really nice stay on an all inclusive holiday, everything was perfect. Booked the hotel for its great and fab location so close to 5 minute walk to Esmeralda beach, the restaurant, quieter pools and the sea, and the entire beach including sun loungers and parasols. Plus, it was approx 5 mins walk from Cala Ferrera. The food was lovely and the staff was exceptionally nice.

The venue is wonderful, fairly clean and the location is fab very close to a private beach in comparison to Cala gran as well as the main shops / restaurants / bars. Exceptionally nice and unfailingly polite staff, the breakfasts are nice hot with so many options.

The breakfast was inclusive and lovely with so many options and had a great selection of food. The location of the hotel was central, short walk to Cala Farrera beach, activities which again was down to the support of the animation team and the main restaurant where there are usually pizza. The friendly staff was the best thing, were happy to help.

The place was fairly clean with super and outstanding staff members. I was here for 7 nights and ate at tapas restaurant for a quiet meal. The staff were happy to help and provided lots of information. The location was stunning as it was near eateries and golf courses. The rooms were amazingly comfortable and the service brilliant.
